St. Louis Can is committed to helping others and providing the physical activities resources they need to become healthy, sharp and excellent.
Our "4" Core programs include:
- Dance (K - 8)
- Adult Aerobics
- The Redbird Rookies Program and,
- Karate / Kickboxing (K-8)
